Our standard call-out fee includes travel to the site and up to one hour of diagnosing/repairing faults or carrying out service work.

During the peak season (Nov – Feb), the cost for this service is $275. However, if you book online, you will save 10% off this fee, which amounts to $250.

If your job is expected to exceed the one-hour time frame, or parts are required, we will promptly notify you and provide a quote before proceeding with any additional work beyond the initial hour. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees.

Please note that all payments are to be made directly to the technician on-site at the time of service via cash, eftpos or credit card.
